A very unusual piece of vintage tribal jewelry.
We collected this hill tribe silver vintage cuff while traveling through tribal villages in Southeast Asia last fall. This specific piece came from a Miao (a subgroup of the Hmong) village in Southwest China near Laos.
It is an original vintage (1980's) piece handmade by the Hmong tribal silversmiths. It is 40% silver and 60% brass, traditional of the Hmong Hill Tribes in the region. It's antiquity is revealed by its dark rich silver patina.
Dimensions:
- 7 inches inner circumference (about 18 cm)
- Can be bent to adjust to any wrist size.
